We use the concept of continuous, iterative improvement where we incrementally implement goals, learn lessons from that experience, and revise the approach for the next iteration - each iteration bringing you real results, moving you toward your ideal state.  We focus on practical activities and behaviors, not just theoretical concepts. 

 

V2R Pulse of the Problem

A solution assumes the problem is well understood. Many organizations do not have a clear definition of the problems they face. They may know the general area they want to address with a solution, but they need clear problem definition.

 

We will conduct primary and secondary research to understand the specific area you are working to address and identify what pain stakeholders are experiencing. 

 

We will conduct interview with industry stakeholders, including potential customers and internal staff, to gain perspective on what true pain points are.

 

The deliverable of Problem Definition is a document, slides, and a presentation to:

  • Identify industry problems in the areas of your organization's focus
  • Define the size, causes, and current efforts to overcome those problems
  • Clarify potential business models for overcoming the problems

 

V2R Invaluable Ideas

Using data collected from Problem Definition, we will generate a list of ideas that have potential to solve the problems identified, using perspectives from industry and internal stakeholders.

 

The deliverable from this brainstorming activity is a list of ideas with high level definition of:

  • What problem it solves
  • What specific value it brings to the customer
  • Who the customer is
  • High level effort to develop and launch the solution
  • High level estimated revenue, with consideration of existing market reach

 

V2R Process for Profit

This process takes the list of ideas from Idea Generation and moves them through a structured, iterative process to develop those ideas into solutions that generate profit for the organization.

 

This process focuses on quick iterations of creating visuals to gain feedback from potential customers and stakeholders and incorporating that feedback into the visuals. That process will refine the solution, and, in some cases, provide clarity of the problem being solved, along with the value of the solution. 

 

Once those visuals are finalized, we drive the internal process to determine estimated costs and revenue for each month over a 3-year period. We use that to build a comprehensive business case. We use that business case to evaluate if the solution is worth pursuing and evaluate any impact to existing projects in development/roadmap.

 

If the organization formally decides to pursue the solution, we drive the development of a Go to Market plan for solution development and launch.

 

The deliverable is a profitable solution used by your customers.
