A complete engagement consists of three main components described in the Solutions page. Your situation may require some or all of these components, depending on where you are in your pursuit of solutions.

We believe that problems are best solved using an iterative approach, where the plan is revised as we pursue incremental goals for each phase. Rather than believe we can find all of the answers to the challenges ahead, we identify a subset of clear value that can be implemented in the short-term. We will learn from that implemnetation to continue identifying new ways to add value to your customers.

As we implement and learn from that experience, we may revise overall goals and plans for future phases. This approach avoids being too rigid and defining solutions that do not solve real problems.
